Rubber Sheet
CVS® Rubber Sheet are generally, black in color, they exhibit excellent physical properties such as high mechanical strength and tear resistance. Available in Natural or Synthetic rubber. In addition to precut sizes, we can also cut to length if required.
Rubber Insertion Sheet
CVS® Rubber Insertion Sheet is a rubber sheet with an encapsulated single ply of fabric reinforcement. It is designed specifically to add stability when mechanical fastening is required, as well as to reduce gasket creep when heavy flange loading is required. When fastened, the ply of fabric reduces tearing. Available in Cotton or Canvas insertion. In addition to precut sizes, we can also cut to length if required.
(Neoprene) Rubber Sheet
CVS® Neoprene Rubber Sheet is a synthetic material that offers excellent resistance to aging, ozone and weathering. Additionally, it has a high temperature and flame resistance, anti-vibration properties, as well as good resistance to oil and petroleum based products including a range of fuels, greases, solvents and hydraulic fluids. It will also display moderate chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. In addition to precut sizes, we can also cut to length if required.
(FKM) Rubber Sheet
CVS® FKM Rubber Sheet is a high-performance material with excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, chemicals and high temperatures. However, despite having high resistance to hydrocarbons, oils, acid, and chemicals, it cannot be used where resistance to ketones is required. In addition to precut sizes, we can also cut to length if required.
(NBR) Rubber Sheet
CVS® NBR Rubber Sheet is a synthetic material resistant to any kind of fuel and oil, especially petroleum-based and mainly includes petrol, LPG, and diesel. They also have low gas permeability and exhibit some of the best resistance to oils and greases. NBR offers moderate mechanical properties and has satisfactory resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, but is not suitable for use with ketones. In addition to precut sizes, we can also cut to length if required.
(NBR) Sponge Rubber Sheet
CVS® NBR Sponge Rubber Sheet is manufactured with continuous skin on both sides, which makes it tougher and more tear-resistant. Air or fluid cannot pass between cells if the sheets are punctured or cut. It is highly compressible, resilient, light in weight, and provides effective thermal insulation.
